“Chris has been my personal trainer for over 7 years now, which is a testament, to not only his ability, but also the tremendous benefits and considerable enjoyment I have derived from our training sessions. Chris understands the delicate balance between encouragement and pushing a client to increase his or her performance. He is also very witty and personable.
My training has been varied and has been tailored to my age and strength. Chris is very meticulous in that regard. Chris also offers dietary advice, although I don’t always follow that, especially in so far as chocolate is concerned!
